Noise levels from adjacent rooms can disrupt sleep!!! Inefficient air conditioning doesn't cool rooms adequately when needed!!!

i had a great night at krone unterstrass. the room was super clean and very comfortable. it was also quiet, which i appreciated. the tram stop right outside made exploring easy. the staff was friendly and super helpful, just what you want when traveling alone.

We had a great time during our group vacation! We enjoyed visiting Theater 11 for a fantastic show and loved the Flussbad Oberer Letten for some refreshing swimming. The tram stop right outside made getting around super easy, and the staff was really helpful throughout our stay.

One thing that was frustrating was the check-in process. We were asked for a credit card deposit, which seemed a bit unnecessary since there was no mini bar in our room. It felt a little too much for what we received.

I absolutely loved the fantastic buffet breakfast. it had such a wide variety. The kitchenette area was super convenient for snacks. My room was spacious and exceeded expectations!

I had a lovely time with excellent amenities like a comfy king bed and a great shower. The pool and gym offered wonderful relaxation after exploring the city. Only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn’t very effective, but I’d definitely recommend it for a cozy stay! 😊

Perfect for a city stay

The hotel is super clean and bright, which is a total win. It's close to public transport and there's a cute supermarket just a short walk away. The staff were friendly, but I wish they’d had extra pillows in the room. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch though!

The shower was a bit cramped, and the bed was slightly firmer than my preference.

The hotel offers very helpful and friendly staff, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, the room was on the smaller side and quite hot upon arrival, despite being clean and recently refurbished. Breakfast was excellent, although location is a bit far from the main attractions.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. During my first stay, staff even helped me with bug spray, which I’ll never forget. I recommend it to everyone!

The location is fantastic with trams right outside, making exploration a breeze. The breakfast was a delight, offering a spread that included fresh fruits and warm options that kept me smiling all morning. Plus, the staff were so welcoming and attentive. I felt right at home during my entire stay!
